I love nuts – all kinds, all ways. Here’s a quick flavor twist to spice things up!
- 2 cups of your favorite nuts (I used 1 cup of cashews and 1 cup of almonds)
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Feel free to play with the spices. Add more, add less!
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Spread out nuts on sheet pan.
- Bake for 5-10 mins.
