I love nuts – all kinds, all ways. Here’s a quick flavor twist to spice things up!


  • 2 cups of your favorite nuts (I used 1 cup of cashews and 1 cup of almonds)
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Feel free to play with the spices. Add more, add less!


  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread out nuts on sheet pan.
  • Bake for 5-10 mins.
